What is the Planetary Gearbox ?

The planetary gearbox is a common mechanical transmission device used to reduce the speed of a high-speed rotating input shaft and transmit the reduced power to the output shaft. It is composed of sun gear, planet gear, planet carrier, internal ring gear and other components, and the deceleration function is achieved through the interaction between them.

The working principle of the planetary gearbox is based on the principle of planetary gear transmission. It consists of one or more planet gears, each planet gear is fixed on a planet carrier, and the planet carrier is fixed on the ring gear. The internal ring gear is an external gear whose gears mesh with those of the planetary gears to form a transmission relationship. 3. High load-bearing capacity: Compared with ordinary tooth surface reducers, the load-bearing capacity of planetary gearbox is increased by seven times, which means that it can withstand greater torque and workload and is suitable for more harsh working environments.

4. High driving efficiency and long service life: The driving efficiency of the planetary gearbox can reach 98%, which means that the energy loss during the energy transmission process is very small, and the input power can be transmitted to the output end more efficiently. At the same time, due to the use of high-strength materials and precision processing technology, the planetary reducer has a long service life and can maintain stable working performance over a long period of time.
