The M36-70-BLDC series is a 36mm diameter brushless DC motor with an extended 70mm body length. This powerful motor platform is designed for applications requiring substantial torque output without transitioning to larger, more expensive 42mm or 56mm frames. The combination of 36mm diameter and 70mm length provides an excellent power-to-size ratio for industrial automation, robotics, medical equipment, and consumer appliances.
The M36-70 delivers rated torque from 0.25 to 0.50 Nm with peak torque up to 1.2 Nm, depending on winding selection. No-load speeds range from 1,500 to 8,000 RPM, allowing designers to optimize for either high-speed or high-torque applications. The extended 70mm body accommodates a longer stator with more copper windings and stronger rare-earth magnets, resulting in significantly higher torque output compared to shorter 36mm motors (such as 36×50mm versions). The brushless design provides high efficiency (up to 88%), reducing heat generation and improving energy economy.
