The M32-60-B series is a 32mm diameter brushed DC motor with a 60mm body length, designed for applications requiring reliable performance in a compact package. This motor platform is ideal for a wide range of applications in medical equipment, robotics, industrial automation, and consumer appliances where cost-effective, proven brushed motor technology is preferred. The combination of 32mm diameter and 60mm length delivers a balance of power and compactness for demanding actuation tasks.
The M32-60 delivers rated torque from 0.12 to 0.35 Nm depending on winding selection, with peak torque reaching up to 1.5 Nm for short-duration overload conditions. No-load speeds range from 1,800 to 7,000 RPM, allowing designers to optimize for either high-speed or high-torque requirements. The motor achieves peak efficiency up to 82%, providing efficient operation in a wide range of applications.
The carbon brush commutation system offers reliable performance with typical brush life of 2,000+ hours under moderate load conditions, making it suitable for intermittent and continuous-duty cycles. The 13-segment commutator provides smooth current transfer, contributing to stable torque output and minimizing sparking during operation. For applications requiring lower electrical noise, precious metal brush options are available.
Ball bearings on both motor ends provide low rotational friction and support radial loads up to 30 N at 5mm from the mounting flange, ensuring reliable operation under mechanical stress. The dynamically balanced rotor minimizes vibration, making this motor suitable for precision positioning applications in medical devices and laboratory automation. Optional IP54 sealing protects against dust and moisture in demanding environments.

OEM customers can specify winding configurations to match speed and torque requirements, select shaft diameters (5mm, 6mm, or 8mm) with flat, keyway, or D-cut geometries, and choose between ball bearings for high-speed operation or sleeve bearings for cost-sensitive applications. Planetary gearbox attachments with reduction ratios from 3:1 to 100:1 can be added for torque multiplication applications. Custom lead wire lengths and connector terminations (Molex, JST, AMP, or custom) are available for volume orders.
